Prices: Prices listed on this brochure are per person in Australian Dollars and are valid until 31 March 2011.

Free Hotel Courtesy Pick-Ups: Pick-up times are provided by our staff at the time of booking and are subject to change - may vary by 10 minutes either way due to traffic conditions. Please wait in hotel reception or outside, 10 minutes prior to pick-up time. Tour commencement and termination times are approximate only. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO DAY OF TRAVEL TO CONFIRM HOTEL PICKUP DETAILS. Interstate and overseas passengers should re-confirm their pick-up times 24 hours prior. Coach pick-ups may be by another appointed contractor. Every effort is made to locate passengers upon arrival at their pick-up point. If our driver guide is unable to locate you at the appointed time, you will be required to make your own way to the departure point at your own expense.

Bookings: Jungle Tours accepts all major credit cards. For all group bookings, a deposit is required to secure the booking. ALL TOURS DO NOT NOT DEPART ON CHRISTMAS DAY (25th December).

Cancellations: All day tours cancelled within 24 hours prior to departure and extended tours cancelled within 72 hours prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Liability: Any adventure travel involves an element of risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to events which are beyond our control. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or baggage.

Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT included but regarded as essential as it protects against sickness, accident, loss of luggage and extra costsand charges due to enexpected circumstances.

Children: Children 7 years and under are not permitted on any tour. Children aged 8-12 years of age may receive a discount on most tours. Prices available on application. Children over 12 years of age pay full adult fare. Children under 16 years of of age are not permitted to travel unless accompanied by an adult.

Luggage: The vehicle has limited space so please keep your luggage to a minimum. We will make every effort to ensure all passengers’ belongings are secure throughout the tour and collected on disembarkment, but shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property.

Conditions of Travel: ALL TOURS DO NOT OPERATE ON CHRISTMAS DAY (25th December). Jungle Tours will endeavour to adhere to all tour details as published, however, circumstances beyond our control, such as road or weather conditions, may require us to alter or cancel any route, itinerary, departure or completion time, without notice but with full consideration for your enjoyment. No refunds will be given in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any such cause. Optional activities are operated by external companies, and therefore we are not liable for any delays, cancellations or alterations. We recommend passengers arrange suitable travel insurance to cover these factors.
